Account Controls
Your Atntiv account includes the following controls:
- View all meetings recorded through the extension.
- Delete individual meetings or entire history.
- Manage active sessions and logged-in devices.
- Update email or login method (coming soon).
Data Management
Atntiv processes only caption text — never audio or video.
- Delete any meeting at any time — instantly removed from servers.
- No audio/video leaves your browser.
- Meeting insights are generated from text only.
- You control retention: delete one meeting or all history.
Security & Permissions
The Chrome extension uses **minimal permissions**, limited to Teams captions and basic storage.
- Runs only on teams.microsoft.com.
- No access to microphone, camera, files, or browsing history.
- Captions are processed locally before being sent to your dashboard.

Troubleshooting
- Extension doesn’t open? Check that captions are enabled.
- No transcript? Reload Teams before joining the meeting.
- No insights? Verify you’re logged into your Atntiv dashboard.
- Still stuck? Contact support — responses within 24 hours.
