Atntiv does not record, save, or stream audio from your meetings. We process real-time cues to detect requirement shifts and decision changes, but no conversation audio is ever stored on our servers.

2. What Atntiv Actually Analyzes

Atntiv uses a lightweight, privacy-first layer to understand when topics, decisions, or ownership change. We analyze:

• High-level conversation signals (topic changes, decision phrases)
• Speaker turns and context shifts
• Your own interaction with the meeting (not your audio)

None of this is saved, it is computed quickly and forgotten.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

• No audio recordings
• No video streams
• No screenshots or screen recordings
• No private meeting content stored on our servers
• No access to your Google Meet account or calendar
• No tracking across other websites

4. What Minimal Data We Store

To operate the beta, we store only:

• Your email address (for beta access)
• Basic technical logs (error reports, anonymized performance data)
• Optional feedback you choose to share

Nothing tied to your meeting content is stored.

5. Local-first Processing

Atntiv is designed with a local-first architecture. Wherever possible, meeting context shifts are detected directly in your browser, not in the cloud.
