Your meetings may contain ideas, decisions, customer information, and conversations that were never meant to become public. We designed Atntiv to help you use that information without losing control of it. This policy explains our protections in plain language.
Privacy at a glance
You choose when listening starts
Atntiv cannot silently start the Browser Listener. Your browser asks you to select and approve the source.
Raw audio is not kept
Selected audio is processed in short segments for transcription and is not intentionally retained afterward.
Private unless you share
Meetings require your account by default. Shared access exists only through an explicit, expiring link you create.
No data sales or advertising profiles
We do not sell meeting content or use your conversations to target advertising.
Calendar access is optional
Connecting Google Calendar is separate from signing in, uses disclosed permissions, and can be revoked.
Payments stay with Stripe
Atntiv does not receive or store your full card number or security code.
Atntiv processes meeting information only when you use a meeting capture, upload, or integration feature. Depending on the feature you choose, we may collect:
Browser Listener audio is transmitted securely for transient transcription processing. Atntiv does not intentionally retain raw audio after the segment has been transcribed. We do not intentionally store meeting video or screenshots. Captions-only extension flows do not capture audio.
Atntiv sends only the information needed to provide the feature you request. Caption-based flows may apply client-side pseudonymization or tokenization before AI analysis. Browser Listener audio and uploaded transcripts must reach our protected processing systems to be transcribed or parsed; raw Listener audio is not intentionally retained. Resulting transcripts and insights are associated with your authenticated account so that only you and people you deliberately authorize can access them.
We apply privacy controls appropriate to each ingestion method.
Data is encrypted in transit. Where supported, Atntiv detects and replaces sensitive entities with structured tokens before third-party AI analysis. Access to stored meeting data is restricted through authenticated account controls and time-limited sharing tokens.
Atntiv works differently.
Caption-based browser flows may detect and replace sensitive entities such as names, companies, financial figures, dates, and contact information with structured tokens. This protection may not apply before server-side transcription of Browser Listener audio or parsing of user-uploaded transcripts.
When an encrypted entity mapping is generated, it is stored separately from tokenized AI input and used to restore authorized views. No security control eliminates all risk, and Atntiv does not represent that every ingestion method is technically zero-knowledge.
Where tokenization is used, authorized Atntiv clients restore protected values for display.
Privacy architecture protected under pending intellectual property filing.
The Atntiv extension only operates on the following meeting platforms:
The caption extension reads supported on-screen meeting caption elements and reconstructs transcript segments. Separately, the Browser Listener uses the browser's native media picker and can access only the tab, window, screen, or microphone source that you expressly select. Your browser displays an active-sharing indicator and lets you stop sharing at any time.
The extension cannot and does not:
Atntiv does not activate Browser Listener capture without a user action and browser permission.
To provide your meeting summaries, we store:
We do not intentionally retain raw Browser Listener audio, video, or screenshots. Depending on the ingestion method, stored transcripts may contain text supplied by you or generated from selected audio, subject to the privacy protections described above.
Transcripts and insight sessions are stored so you can revisit them later. Unless you request deletion or a shorter period is required, we may retain this data for up to:
A plan's product history window controls in-app availability and does not by itself guarantee deletion. For example, older meetings may appear locked on the Free plan while retained under this policy. You may request deletion at any time, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
team@atntiv.comWe use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting, access controls, encrypted OAuth token storage, and scoped authentication. Time-limited share links use high-entropy tokens; anyone who receives a valid, unexpired link may access the shared meeting, so you should send links only to intended recipients and revoke them when no longer needed.

team@atntiv.comWe use service providers to operate Atntiv. Depending on the features you use, these may include:
Website analytics tools are limited to website interaction data and are not intentionally supplied meeting content. Other processors receive only the information reasonably necessary to provide the feature you request. Stripe receives payment and transaction information; Atntiv does not receive or store full card numbers.
The Atntiv browser extension does not use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or any other third-party analytics or tracking tools.
Google Calendar connection is optional and separate from signing in. Atntiv requests only the OAuth scopes shown on Google's consent screen. Calendar data is used to show upcoming meetings and meeting links in Atntiv and is not used for advertising. You can disconnect Calendar in Atntiv or revoke access through your Google Account permissions. Revocation prevents future synchronization and Atntiv will delete stored Google OAuth tokens, subject to short-lived backups and legal requirements.
Stripe processes payment credentials and recurring charges. Atntiv's internal payment service, PayStation, communicates with Stripe and returns subscription status to Atntiv so paid features can be enabled or disabled. Atntiv stores limited billing records, including customer and subscription IDs, status, billing dates, card brand, and last four digits. We do not store full card numbers or security codes.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Atntiv evolves. We will notify users of significant changes.
