A team agrees on a launch date on Monday. On Wednesday, a dependency changes. By Friday, people are working from different versions of the plan. Recording each conversation does not, by itself, reconcile what changed.

Atntiv’s initial focus is founders and product and engineering teams. Their recurring meetings revisit decisions, ownership, and requirements: the context people need when planning the next step.

Browser Listener processes microphone and selected-tab audio to create a transcript. Atntiv analyzes the conversation into structured outcomes, including decisions, tasks, and blockers. People can review what should enter Meeting Memory and return to the source context.

Atntiv combines meeting capture, transcription, and structured analysis in one workflow. Our thesis is that the next useful layer is continuity: helping people understand which earlier decisions still apply as new conversations happen.

Product and engineering teams are the starting point because decisions about scope, dependencies, and ownership carry across recurring meetings. The opportunity is to make that context useful when people plan and act between conversations.

Meeting Memory is the foundation. We are developing Cross-Meeting Intelligence to connect outcomes across conversations: changed decisions, persistent blockers, ownership shifts, and unresolved questions.

The “Since you last met” view on the homepage illustrates this direction. Automatic reconciliation across meetings is in development.

Pre-seed funding would support full-time product development and focused distribution. The goal is to turn a working product into a recurring workflow for the teams it serves.

Repeat use: improve the path from a first meeting to reviewing and confirming Memory, then measure whether people return across subsequent meetings and use the saved context.

Repeatable acquisition: test focused ways to reach founders and product teams, and identify which channels bring people who activate and return.

Paid adoption: test whether users choose to pay for continued use, and use their feedback and behavior to prioritize product improvements and cross-meeting capabilities.

I’m building Atntiv around a clear thesis: the context created in meetings should remain useful as work moves forward.
