Terms of Service

Atntiv provides iPhone and Apple Watch apps, a web dashboard, browser listener, browser extension, calendar integration, transcript tools, and AI-generated summaries, decisions, tasks, blockers, and related insights.

You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter a contract. If you use Atntiv for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Listening begins only after you start it in an Atntiv app or approve a browser source. You are responsible for notifying participants and obtaining any consent required for audio or caption capture, transcription, AI processing, and storage. Consent rules vary by jurisdiction.

Consent requirements vary by jurisdiction. Atntiv is not responsible for illegal or unauthorized use of the Service.

Atntiv may process a browser source you select or sound available to an iPhone or Apple Watch microphone. Mobile apps temporarily keep short M4A chunks on the device so interrupted uploads can retry and remove them after receipt is confirmed. Raw audio is not intentionally retained after transcription.

You may not use Atntiv for unlawful or unauthorized activity; access data not intended for you; interfere with the service; bypass authentication, plan limits, or sharing controls; or distribute meeting content to people who are not authorized to receive it.

You retain rights to your meeting content. Atntiv may use contracted transcription, AI, hosting, and database providers to deliver the service. AI output and transcripts may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on them.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and devices and for activity performed through your session. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Google sign-in and optional Calendar access are governed by the permissions shown during Google consent. Calendar data may be used to show upcoming events and schedule reminders. You may disconnect Calendar and disable notifications at any time.

Atntiv stores account data, transcripts, insights, and session metadata to provide the service. Meetings are private by default. Anyone with a valid share link you create may access the shared content until the link expires or is revoked.

Paid subscriptions renew for the disclosed billing period until canceled. Stripe processes payments. Cancellation stops future renewals after confirmation; fees already paid are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. Failed or reversed payments may result in a downgrade or suspension.

You may permanently delete your account through the iPhone app. Deletion cancels an active subscription and removes account and meeting data, subject to records Atntiv must retain for billing, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, security, or legal compliance.

Atntiv relies on providers including Google, Stripe, transcription and AI vendors, and cloud infrastructure. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Atntiv retains rights to its software, branding, design, and documentation. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent data retention.

The service is provided “AS IS.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atntiv disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Atntiv’s total liability for any claim is limited to $100 USD.

We may suspend access for misuse or violation of these Terms. You may stop using Atntiv at any time. These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law, including Delaware law where applicable.
