Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 26, 2026

This policy explains what Atntiv processes when you turn conversations into transcripts and meeting intelligence.

1. Meeting data we process

Depending on the feature you choose, Atntiv may process caption text, selected browser audio, or sound available to the iPhone or Apple Watch microphone. We also process speaker labels when available, timestamps, meeting metadata, transcripts, and generated summaries, decisions, tasks, blockers, and other insights.

Listening begins only after you deliberately start a session in an Atntiv app or approve a source in the Browser Listener.

2. Mobile audio chunks

The iPhone and Apple Watch apps request microphone permission from the operating system. During an active session they create approximately 30-second M4A chunks, keep them locally so interrupted uploads can retry, and send them securely for transcription. Confirmed local chunks are removed. Atntiv does not intentionally retain raw audio after transcription.

The mobile apps capture sound available to the device microphone. They do not directly capture calls or private audio streams from other apps.

3. Browser capture

The caption extension reads supported on-screen caption elements. The Browser Listener can access only the tab, window, screen, or microphone source you expressly select through the browser media picker. It does not intentionally capture video, screenshots, passwords, files, email, clipboard contents, or browsing history.

4. Transcription and AI processing

Selected audio and uploaded transcripts reach protected processing systems so Atntiv and its contracted transcription and AI providers can produce the features you request. Caption-based flows may tokenize sensitive entities before AI analysis; that protection may not occur before server-side audio transcription. Resulting transcripts and insights are associated with your authenticated account.

5. Account and product data

We may store your name, email, avatar, timezone, authentication metadata, plan, usage counters, meeting transcripts and insights, session identifiers, speaker labels, timestamps, projects, tasks, memory items, share-link status, and support or feedback messages.

We do not sell meeting content or use your conversations to create advertising profiles.

6. Google sign-in and Calendar

Google Calendar access is optional. You may choose it during Google sign-in or connect it later. Atntiv requests only the scopes shown on Google’s consent screen and may process event titles, times, attendees, and meeting links to show upcoming meetings and schedule reminders. Encrypted OAuth tokens are stored only to maintain the connection.

You can disconnect Calendar in Atntiv or revoke access from your Google Account. Atntiv then deletes the stored integration tokens, subject to short-lived backups and legal requirements.

7. Notifications

If you enable meeting reminders, the iPhone app schedules local notifications using the calendar events it has synchronized. You can disable reminders in your Atntiv profile or in iOS Settings.

8. Payments

Stripe processes payment credentials and recurring charges. Atntiv stores limited billing records such as customer and subscription identifiers, status, billing dates, card brand, and last four digits. We do not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.

9. Retention and deletion

Transcripts and insights are retained so you can revisit them. Product history limits do not necessarily represent deletion schedules. Technical logs may be retained for up to 30 days, and meeting data may be retained for up to 12 months unless another contractual setting or legal obligation applies.

You may permanently delete your account in the iPhone app. This removes account and meeting data and cancels an active subscription, subject to records we must retain for billing, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, security, or legal compliance.

10. Security and sharing

We use HTTPS, access controls, encrypted OAuth token storage, and scoped authentication. Meetings are private by default. If you create an expiring share link, anyone with that valid link may access the shared content until it expires or you revoke it.

11. Service providers and analytics

Depending on the features you use, providers may include Google Identity and Calendar, Stripe, contracted AI and transcription providers, and cloud hosting, database, email, and operational services. Website analytics use website interaction data and are not intentionally supplied meeting content. The browser extension does not use website analytics tools.

12. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your information, disconnect Calendar, revoke share links, and control microphone and notification permissions. Contact team@atntiv.com.

13. Policy updates

We may update this policy as Atntiv evolves and will provide notice of significant changes.
