Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 25, 2026

These Terms explain the practical agreement between you and Atntiv. We want them to be clear: your meeting content belongs to you, private access is the default, and you remain in control of when Atntiv listens, what you connect, and what you share.

Our commitments

Private by default. Meetings are not public unless you deliberately create a share link.

User-controlled capture. Listening begins only after you start it and approve a browser source.

Limited audio handling. Listener audio is used for transcription and is not intentionally retained afterward.

No sale of conversations. We do not sell meeting content or use it for targeted advertising.

Transparent integrations. Calendar and payment providers receive only what is needed for the feature you choose.

Meaningful control. You can stop capture, disconnect Calendar, revoke links, and request deletion.

1. Overview of the Service

Atntiv provides a web dashboard, browser-based meeting listener, browser extension, Google Calendar integration, transcript upload tools, and AI-generated meeting intelligence such as summaries, decisions, tasks, blockers, timelines, and momentum analysis. When you expressly start the Browser Listener, your browser may capture the audio of the tab, window, screen, or microphone source you select for live transcription. Atntiv does not intentionally retain the raw audio after transient transcription processing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use Atntiv on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. User Responsibilities & Meeting Consent

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all meeting participants have been notified and have consented to:

  • Capture of caption text or the audio source you expressly select
  • Generation and processing of a transcript
  • AI analysis performed by Atntiv
  • Storage of transcripts, insights, and meeting metadata

Consent requirements vary by jurisdiction. Atntiv is not responsible for illegal or unauthorized use of the Service.

4. License & Acceptable Use

Atntiv grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

You agree not to:

  • Use Atntiv for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities
  • Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you
  • Reverse engineer or copy Atntiv software
  • Interfere with the operation of Atntiv services
  • Bypass plan limits, usage controls, authentication, or link-expiration controls
  • Share meeting links with people who are not authorized to view the meeting content

Shared meeting links are disabled by default and become accessible only when you create a link. Anyone possessing a valid, unexpired link may be able to view the shared content. You are responsible for selecting recipients, choosing an expiration period, and revoking access when appropriate.

5. Data Processing & AI Use

To provide transcription and insights, Atntiv processes meeting data on its systems and may use contracted transcription, AI, hosting, and database providers. Depending on the ingestion method, Atntiv may pseudonymize or tokenize sensitive entities before AI analysis. Raw audio captured by the Browser Listener is processed transiently and is not intentionally retained after transcription. AI output may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed before use.

6. Backend Services & System Usage

By using the extension or dashboard, you authorize Atntiv to process transcript data through our backend systems. You agree not to overload, abuse, or attempt to bypass the security of these systems.

7. Data Storage & Retention

Atntiv stores transcripts, insights, account data, and session metadata to provide the Service. Plan-based history windows determine what is available in the product and are not necessarily deletion schedules. You may request access or deletion, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention obligations, by contacting: team@atntiv.com.

8. Billing, Paid Plans, and Changes

Atntiv offers free and paid plans with the prices, quotas, and features displayed before purchase. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe through Atntiv's payment service and automatically renew for the disclosed billing period until canceled. By confirming an upgrade, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method. Taxes may apply. You may cancel through the available account or billing controls, or by contacting team@atntiv.com. Cancellation stops future renewals after it is confirmed; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed or reversed payments may result in downgrade, suspension, or loss of paid features. Atntiv may change pricing or plan limits with advance notice where required.

9. Intellectual Property

Atntiv retains all rights to its software, branding, design, AI logic, and documentation. You retain rights to your meeting content and transcripts.

10. Third-Party Services

Atntiv relies on third-party services including Google for sign-in and optional Calendar access, Stripe for payments, and contracted AI, transcription, hosting, and database providers. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms and privacy commitments. Website analytics tools do not intentionally receive transcript or meeting content.

11. Availability & Modifications

Atntiv may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent data retention.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcripts, insights, recommendations, or analytics.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atntiv is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 USD.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using Atntiv at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by U.S. law, including the State of Delaware if applicable. Disputes must be resolved in the appropriate courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
