These Terms govern your use of Atntiv’s meeting assistant, browser extension, transcription features, and AI-powered insights. By using Atntiv, you agree to these Terms.
Atntiv provides tools that capture closed captions from Microsoft Teams, generate transcripts, and use AI to produce insights such as decisions, tasks, blockers, timelines, and momentum analysis. Atntiv does not record audio, video, or your screen.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use Atntiv on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

To generate insights, Atntiv processes transcripts on secure servers and may use third-party AI providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic. Transcript data is never used to train public AI models. AI output may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed.
By using the extension or dashboard, you authorize Atntiv to process transcript data through our backend systems. You agree not to overload, abuse, or attempt to bypass the security of these systems.
Atntiv stores transcripts, insights, and session metadata to provide the Service. You may request deletion or export of your transcripts at any time by contacting: team@atntiv.com.
If Atntiv introduces paid plans, all pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be clearly communicated. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled.
Atntiv retains all rights to its software, branding, design, AI logic, and documentation. You retain rights to your meeting content and transcripts.
Atntiv.com uses analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to improve website performance. These tools do not receive transcript or meeting data.
Atntiv may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent data retention.
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcripts, insights, recommendations, or analytics.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atntiv is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 USD.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using Atntiv at any time.
These Terms are governed by U.S. law, including the State of Delaware if applicable. Disputes must be resolved in the appropriate courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
