What does Atntiv do?
Atntiv converts live meeting captions into structured insights including decisions, tasks, blockers, topic flow, and a full meeting timeline.
Does Atntiv record audio or video?
No. Atntiv never records or processes audio or video. Only caption text is used to generate insights.
Which platforms are supported?
The beta version supports Microsoft Teams (Web). Google Meet and Zoom support are planned.
Chrome Extension
The transcript window doesn’t appear—what do I do?
Make sure captions are turned on inside your Teams meeting. Without captions, the extension cannot function.
Why does the extension need site permissions?
Atntiv only requests access to teams.microsoft.com to read the caption text. No other pages or data are accessed.
Can I install the extension without the Chrome Web Store?
Yes — beta testers can load the extension manually using
chrome://extensions → Developer Mode.
Insights Dashboard
Why are some decisions or tasks missing?
Insights improve as the transcript becomes more structured. Very short segments or vague phrasing may not be classified.
When do insights appear?
Insights appear in real-time and continue processing for a few seconds after each segment of the transcript.
Why does the momentum graph dip?
Momentum decreases when conversations become unclear, repetitive, or lack actionable direction.
Privacy & Data
Is my meeting data shared with anyone?
No. Your transcript and insights belong only to you. They are not shared or sold to third parties.
Can I delete a meeting?
Yes — you can delete any meeting from your dashboard. Deleted meetings are permanently removed from the server.
Does Atntiv use my microphone?
No. Atntiv does not access your microphone, camera, or audio stream.
