Troubleshoot the Browser Listener, transcripts, and meeting memory.

Browser Listener

  • If no audio is detected, start again and select the meeting tab not the Atntiv tab.
  • Enable “Share tab audio” in the browser picker.
  • Use Google Meet, Teams Web, or Zoom Web rather than the native desktop app.
  • Keep the Listener window open until you click Finish.

Transcript and results

  • The live transcript appears after the first processed segment.
  • Click Finish to save the meeting and open its result.
  • Confirm commitments, decisions, and blockers you want Atntiv to carry into Memory.
