Your first meeting with Atntiv

Start listening

1. Open My Meetings. You can start from a calendar event or begin an unscheduled session.
2. Click Listen with Atntiv.
3. Allow microphone access, then select the browser tab containing the meeting and enable tab audio sharing.
4. Watch for transcript segments, then click Finish to open the result.

Build meeting memory

Review the transcript, then confirm the decisions, commitments, and blockers that should persist. Assign owners and resolve items as the work moves forward.
