Atntiv Browser Listener

Atntiv is AI working memory for meetings. Start a private listening session from your dashboard, grant microphone access and select the meeting tab you want to share, and review the transcript as it is created.

Start a listening session

  1. Open My Meetings and click Listen with Atntiv.
  2. In the browser picker, select only the meeting tab and enable tab audio sharing. Also allow microphone access to capture your voice.
  3. Confirm that the Listener shows Listening and that transcript segments begin to appear.
  4. Click Finish when you are done. Atntiv saves the transcript and opens the result.

Privacy

You control when listening starts and stops. Atntiv sends microphone and selected-tab audio through its API to OpenAI for transcription. The API does not write these audio chunks to the application database. Transcripts and Memory are stored. Share links and explicitly shared workspace projects create additional access paths; review what you share.
