How Atntiv works

What does Atntiv do?

Atntiv keeps decisions, commitments, blockers, and supporting context from getting lost across meetings. It turns a live transcript or uploaded transcript into meeting memory you can confirm, assign, track, and resolve.

Does Atntiv process audio?

Browser Listener processes microphone and selected-tab audio in short segments through OpenAI. The in-person mode also temporarily holds audio in the browser for a final transcription pass. Uploaded transcripts use text instead. See the privacy policy for the data flow.

Which platforms are supported?

The Browser Listener supports Google Meet, Teams Web, and Zoom Web in a browser tab. Native desktop meeting applications are not currently supported by the Browser Listener.

Privacy and control

When does listening begin?

Only after you click Listen with Atntiv and explicitly select a meeting tab. You can pause, finish, or stop tab sharing at any time.

Can I delete a meeting?

Yes. You can delete meetings from your account and revoke time-limited share links.
